Charis Joly - Co-Owner - Registered Massage Therapist
Charis has been practicing in Sherwood Park and Edmonton since graduating from Grant MacEwan Massage Therapy 2200 hour program in 2001. She has spent the last 24 years specializing in Deep Tissue Massage, Motor Vehicle Accidents, Sports Injuries and treating overuse and chronic pain injuries. Her modalities include: Therapeutic Massage, Swedish Relaxation Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Pre/Post Natal Massage, Abdominal Massage, Overuse Injuries, Chronic Pain Treatment, Deep Tissue Massage and Sports Massage.
Lenor Robertson - Co-Owner - Registered Massage Therapist
Lenor has been practicing in Sherwood Park and surrounding area since graduating from Edmonton College of Massage in 1995. Over the past thirty years her passion has been working with the elderly, cancer patients and cancer remission patients. She has focused on her continued education where she received her advanced certification in Manual Lymphatic Drainage in 2012 and has been very successful in assisting patients with lymphedema, edema, fibromyalgia, multiple sclerosis, rheumatoid/ osteo arthritis, pre surgery preparation and post surgery recovery as well as providing pain relief for the terminally ill. Her modalities include; Pre/Post Natal Massage, Abdominal Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Therapeutic Massage, Swedish Relaxation Massage, TMJD, Foot Reflexology and Manual Lymphatic Drainage. Lenor does not practice any deep tissue therapy.
Teresa Strynadka - Registered Massage Therapist
Teresa is a 2015 graduate from MaKami's 3000 Hour Advanced Massage Therapy Program. She specializes in Orthopedic and Rehabilitation Massage. With her decade long experience, training and commitment, she works toward restoring mobility and pain free range of motion by using a variety of techniques . Her modalities include; Myofascial Release (with Cupping), Trigger Point therapy, Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular Therapy, Muscle Energy Work, Joint Mobilization, Pre/Post Natal, Pre/Post Sports and Swedish Massage.
Kennedy Rudiak - Registered Massage Therapist
Kennedy is a 2018 graduate of Makami's 3000 hour Advanced Massage Therapy Program and has been practicing in Sherwood Park and surrounding areas. Kennedy is passionate about helping her clients with their specific issues and needs and adapts her treatments to each individual. Her Modalities include: Deep Tissue Therapy, Relaxation Massage, Myofascial Cupping and Neuromuscular Techniques.
Linda Fok - Manual Osteopathic Therapist and Registered Massage Therapist
Linda has been practicing Massage Therapy for over ten years and is a 2200-hour Registered Massage Therapist. She graduated with honours and distinction as a Manual Osteopathic Therapist from the Manual Osteopathic College of Canada. In addition to her credentials as a Manual Osteopathic Therapist, she is also a certified Rapid NeuroFascial Reset (RNR) Practitioner and a certified Spinal Flow Practitioner.
Linda is deeply passionate about helping clients find relief from both chronic and acute pain. Her approach focuses on treating the body as a whole, using a listening-based modality to identify and address the root cause of discomfort—not just the surface symptoms or restricted areas. Her goal is to help each client move with greater ease and experience improved well-being in their everyday life.

Michelle Grover - Registered Massage Therapist
With over six years of clinical experience in the health and wellness industry, Michelle is a skilled Registered Massage Therapist who brings together therapeutic expertise and a passion for education. Her practice incorporates advanced techniques such as Myofascial Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Joint Mobilization and Therapeutic Exercise. Michelle's goal is to help clients achieive effective, long term relief from pain and tension.
A graduate with honours from Makami College, Michelle has pursued continued education in specialized modalities including Gua Sha, Myofascial Cupping, and TMJD treatment. In addition to her hands on clinical work she has served as a Massage Therapy Instructor at Makami College where she taught pathology, clinical treatments, and hands on practical skills. Michelle is dedicated to inspiriing and mentoring future massage therapists through evidence informed practice and compassionate instruction.
Cassandra Bjornson - Registered Massage Therapist
With over 8 years of hands-on experience, Cassandra brings a deeply holistic and rehabilitative approach to massage therapy. A 2017 graduate of the 3000 hour Advanced Clinical Massage Therapy program at Makami College and a 2020 graduate of the Manual Osteopathic College of Canada, she specializes in recovery from injuries such as overuse, sports-related strains, motor vehicle accidents, and pre/post surgical rehabilitation.
Her passion lies in uncovering the root cause of chronic pain and dysfunction. She has a special interest in treating headaches, migraines, and jaw disorders (TMJ), and intergrates her osteopathic training into every treatment to assess and treat the body as an interconnected whole.
Cassandra has also conducted independent research and case studies on Multiple Sclerosis, pelvic floor disorder, and scoliosis. In her small-town practice, she worked along side GP's to help resolve complex cases that conventional medicine struggles to address. Dedicated, curious, and committed to continuous learning Cassandra is passionate about helping her clients move, feel and live better.
Dr. (Nancy) Navkiran Kaur Gill, Dr.Ac.
Nancy’s practice is deeply rooted in a patient-centered approach that blends traditional wisdom with modern therapeutic techniques. She is passionate about helping individuals recover from injuries, manage chronic pain, and achieve optimal well-being through acupuncture and holistic healing. Her background in clinical supervision at CCNM College, BC has shaped her empathetic and personalized approach to care.
Nancy believes in treating the whole person—mind and body—by addressing underlying patterns that contribute to discomfort and imbalance. She integrates a variety of modalities, including acupuncture, Reiki, Pranic Healing, facial acupuncture, cupping, and bodywork, while also incorporating Ayurvedic principles to support healing and restore vitality. She also works with individuals who are preparing for parenthood, offering treatments that support reproductive health and fertility. Dedicated to ongoing learning, she continually enhances her skills to provide the highest quality care for her patients.
